
This evening, the Talent Show took place at the MS/HS. There were a total of 15 acts showcasing a variety of talents. The crowd was blown away by the incredible performances of our students! We are proud of every student participant! Finishing in the Top 3 were as follows: in first place The Devils Backbone (Kaiden Clark, Jayce Collins, Roman Fitzgerald, and Billy Humphrey), followed by Colton Cassidy in 2nd place and Kenley Lykins in 3rd place! Congratulations to all performers!!! Also, a big THANK YOU to Miss Mutter and Mr. Fogle for all of their hard work in organizing the event!











This evening, our students participated in the Preble County Geography Bee at National Trail. We are very proud of both teams. Isaiah Cunningham and Botley New represented the Elementary while Maxwell Back, Emma Hatton, Blayne Nelson, and Bryce Osborne represented the Middle School. Congratulations to all participants!

The staff and students had a blast at our pep assembly. We highlighted some achievements of wrestling, swimming, basketball, competition cheer & the pep band. We rallied up the students for the league championship basketball game & played a few hilarious minute-to-win-it games. Congratulations to staff on winning the tug-of-war tournament😃

Our 8th grade students attended the Career Exploration Days at MVCTC. Students were able to tour the campus and visit the various programs. They also had the opportunity to work in the Career Expo Lab where they experienced hands-on job simulations. We value our partnership with the MVCTC in preparing our students for life beyond high school.











Ms. Mayer's 2nd Grade Class just put up these projects for their peers to view. Students got to share things about themselves that they love. They used Chromebooks to edit their writing and worked to create a final product that had proper spelling, punctuation, and visual appeal.



Mrs. Heinkel's science class has a sweet Valentine treat today before getting to work. ❤️❤️




On Monday, the 5th graders participated in the "Shelter In Place" program presented by the Local Emergency Planning Committee of Preble County. The program teaches students what to do if a toxic or airborne biological agent is released in the neighborhood.

The Preble Shawnee music department is enjoying being at the OMEA professional development conference in Columbus today through Saturday. We look forward to seeing what new knowledge they bring back.


Today, Preble Shawnee hosted the 30th Annual Preble County Spirit Day. Varsity did a clean sweep placing 1st in Dance, Game Day, and Cheer. The Middle School Cheerleaders took home 1st place in Cheer and 2nd in Game Day. The Elementary won 1st in Game Day. Our Senior boys stole the show and brought home 1st place. It's a great day to be an ARROW! We are so proud of our cheerleaders and Loud Crowd!!! Thank you to the fans for coming out and supporting them today!

No transportation will be provided for project life and mvctc students on Wednesday as school is closed.
