DISTRICT REGISTRATION INFORMATION (Kindergarten-12th Grade)
Dear Future Arrow Parent:
To register your student, we are very excited to announce that the Preble Shawnee Local School District has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign enrollment forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from year to year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.
After you complete the online registration, a district representative will contact you for an appointment to provide necessary documentation, such as birth certificate, proof of residency and immunization record for your child/children. Central Registration is located at the Early Learning Center (old District Office) 124 Bloomfield Street, Camden, Ohio 45311.
Since your child/children will be completely new to our district, please be sure to click the “New to District” checkbox when registering your student. If you need further assistance, please call Sandy Taulbee at (937) 452-1204 ext. 2013 or email taulbees@psarrows.com.

Thank you for your assistance in streamlining our paperwork processes at Preble Shawnee Schools and we look forward to serving you.
PRESCHOOL REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The preschool program is provided for children from the school district who are 3-5 years of age. We also welcome children who have been identified with special needs.
The preschool program is state licensed and adheres to program guidelines as set forth by The Ohio Department of Education. A developmentally appropriate play-based curriculum is followed to foster intellectual, social, physical, and emotional growth. An integrated program allows children who have many types of strengths and needs to model various skills for each other, to interact with a variety of children, and to establish friendships with one another. The program is designed to meet the unique needs of each child.
We strongly believe that family involvement is critical to a child’s growth. Parents are encouraged to become actively involved in our programs.
If you would like to be added to our waiting list, please click on the link below. We begin enrollment for our preschool in April of each year. To enroll, your child must be three years old by August 1st and cannot be eligible for Kindergarten (age of five by August 1st).
